In this solo podcast, I'm really diving into the universal yet deeply personal experience of grief. I'll be sharing my own raw journey after losing my 14-year-old son, Brody. I see grief more like a wild, unpredictable ocean with huge waves of emotion, not some straight line. I'll talk about how important it is to just let myself feel, find some sort of routine, express the pain, take care of myself, and lean on my community for support. I'll also highlight Brody's incredible resilience and selflessness, including his decision to donate his brain to science. That really inspired me to create the Brody Huber Foundation, so his legacy of hope and healing can live on, even in this deep sorrow.
